Terms and Conditions
1. ELIGIBILITY: This LES LOLOS Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the US, UK, Canada and Europe (unless otherwise specified) ABOVE THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) at date of entry. Employees of LES LOLOS, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local and international laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins the day each Holiday Giveaway is posted and ends 2 days later at midnight, CET (“Promotion Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be disqualified. These are the ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
Newsletter Signup: All entries into the sweepstakes are required to opt-in to the LES LOLOS Newsletter. You may change your email preferences at any time. You may enter the Holiday Giveaway under one name and one email address only. If already signed up for the newsletter, leaving a comment under the Holiday Giveaway post constitutes an entry
Instagram Tagging Contest: Only one entry per person. To enter this way you must: 1. Follow @leslolosparis and the Holiday Giveaway partner on Instagram 2. Tag two friends under the Holiday Giveaway picture.
Facebook Contest: Only one entry per person. To enter this way you must: 1. Follow @leslolosparis on Facebook and leave a comment under the Holiday Giveaway post.
3. RANDOM DRAWING: The prizewinner will be selected in a random drawing one (1) day after the end of the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes depends upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Only one Holiday Giveaway prize per winner. Once you’ve won, you’re automatically disqualified from the other Holiday Giveaways.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Specific to each Holiday Giveaway.
5. NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: The prizewinner will be notified via the e-mail address supplied. The prizewinner will have three (3) days to respond to notification email in order to claim prize and state desired weekend. Winners are required to provide LES LOLOS with full name, address, phone number. Winners who fail to respond or accept within the allotted time period forfeit their prize, and LES LOLOS will perform another random drawing to select a new winner. Return of prize notification as undeliverable will also result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. ADDITIONAL RULES: Winning a Sweepstakes Prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth in these official rules. Any taxes, surcharges, fees, duties, or tariffs required to accept delivery of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. By entering into this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.
