Happy days, Lolos! We’ve made it through the damp, dreary winter months and are finally seeing some sunnier days—and dispositions. I don’t know about you, but once I wake up from that long winter hibernation, I’m ready for some fun. This is when I start booking in girlie get-togethers, most likely over cocktails.
With the brighter days, I don’t want those cocktail catch-ups relegated to dark corners of late night lounges. This is the month to gather the posse at Bespoke on Saturdays or Sundays for a Girls-worthy gossip fest over one (or more) of the house Bloody Marys from their terrific brunch menu. And because I know you’ll want to recreate that Bloody Mary chez toi, Bespoke has kindly shared their recipe with LES LOLOS.
Ingredients
- 5 cl Vestal vodka
- 4 big dashes Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins)
- 1 dash tabasco
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 1 bars poon simple syrup (about a teaspoon)
- 2 dashes celery bitters
- 10 cl tomato juice*
- *Bespoke uses a secret house recipe for their Bloody Mary, but you can achieve nice results using your favorite store-bought brand.
Instructions
- Mix everything together and pour into tall glass over plenty of ice.
- Garnish with a celery stick or whatever you like in your Bloody Mary.
