Ingredients
- 50ml Jamaican rum infused with cinnamon
- 50ml milk
- 15ml amaretto liquor
- 10ml agave syrup
- 3 dashes chocolate bitter
- 1 whole egg
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients together
- Serve in a champagne or wine glass
- Garnish with dark chocolate or iced sugar or Tonka beans, cinnamon powder and star anise
