It’s the second week of #LesLolosDry… Are you staying strong? If sparkling water and skipping apero hour have gotten a little old, we feel you. Which is why we asked our friends at le Mary Celeste to help us detoxers out.

For Paris Cocktail Week (January 23-30), they’ve created a transport-you-to-the-tropics mocktail, the Tierra Banana. And because they’re cool like that, they’re giving LES LOLOS the recipe before anyone else.

Come next week, we’ll be ordering a Tierra Banana (or two) at le Mary Celeste but until then, we plan on perfecting this yummy mocktail at home.

TIERRA BANANA MOCKTAIL @ LE MARY CELESTE

Serving Size: One cocktail

TIERRA BANANA MOCKTAIL @ LE MARY CELESTE

Ingredients

  • 20ml orgeat syrup
  • 30ml orange juice
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 40ml banana and clove purée*
  • Ginger ale
  • * For the purée: Mash one banana, cook it with whole cloves. Remove cloves before using.

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except the ginger ale in shaker and shake
  2. Strain into a large glass over ice
  3. Top with ginger ale
