For all the nice girls looking for a naughty little escape from the holiday hustle, there’s a secret, snowy hideaway at a five-star palace: the Park Hyatt Vendome. They’ve turned their terrace into a winter wonderland with heat lamps, pine trees and a mini chalet.

As an early Christmas present, LES LOLOS gets an exclusive peek at their eggnog recipe, which won’t arrive on their menu until January. Stop by on a quiet December night and ask bartender Jerome for a Jamaican Eggnog on the sly — he may just make you one before its official release.

Serving Size: One cocktail

JAMAICAN EGGNOG @ PARK HYATT VENDOME

Ingredients

  • 50ml Jamaican rum infused with cinnamon
  • 50ml milk
  • 15ml amaretto liquor
  • 10ml agave syrup
  • 3 dashes chocolate bitter
  • 1 whole egg

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients together
  2. Serve in a champagne or wine glass
  3. Garnish with dark chocolate or iced sugar or Tonka beans, cinnamon powder and star anise
