WHAT
Legendary make-up artist Pat McGrath is making us gorgeous—again. After breaking the Internet with Phantom 001 and Phantom 002 (intensely colored pigments and eyeliners that sold out in a blink), Pat is about to grace us with Skin Fetish 003. This time, it’s a highlighter for the skin to “lavish light anywhere on the face and body.”
HOW
The 003 kit contains a stick highlighter and balm duo, a pigment and a buffer brush—in two versions. “Golden” includes a gold pigment and a golden shiny stick highlighter. “Nude” has an iridescent pink pigment and nude highlighter. Pat says she tested the collection on all ages and skin tones, for a universally flattering glow.
WHEN
Skin Fetish 003 goes on sale at patmcgrath.com on April 26 at 12pm EST (that’s 6pm Paris time!) The kit is $72 (US) and yes, international shipping is available.
WHERE
Pat McGrath is also partnering with Sephora for an exclusive release. Sephora VIB and VIB rouge members in the states will have access to the collection on May 2nd and the collection will be available to all on May 10th. Each collection is a limited edition, so it will sell out. The question is, how quickly?
WHY
McGrath used Skin Fetish 003 on models at the latest Valentino Fall/Winter 2016 fashion show. The ballet-inspired look with dewy skin and hair pulled back into a chignon is what we want to look like this spring and summer!
