C’est Le Bouquet @ Copper Bay


We all know life throws curveballs AKA buckets of rain for the entire month of May that lead to overflowing French rivers. But instead of being defeated by all the wet and grey, I decided to be inspired by this month’s theme. Consciously choosing #Joy, I donned my cute new raincoat, slipped into some fashionably waterproof boots and popped open my umbrella. My quest to find something sippable and summer-worthy, rain or shine, was on.

That’s how I ended up scoping out the brand spanking new summer menu at Copper Bay, whose motto is “Mermaids & Magic Potions” (speaking of joy). Copper Bay is light and sunny inside and their summertime menu will make you want to slip on your flip flops, whatever the weather.

I can’t think of a better way to celebrate #joy than heading to Copper Bay for a “C’est le Bouquet.” LES LOLOS has the recipe so you can also get joyous at home.

Serving Size: One cocktail

Cocktail of the Month: C’est Le Bouquet @ Copper Bay


  • 4.5 cl gin
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 1.5 cl wasabi syrup
  • 1.5 cl cucumber syrup
  • 1 cl elderflower syrup
  • 1 dash egg white


  1. Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake, shake, shake.
  2. Pour it into your chilled, fancy cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a flower.
