Serving Size: One cocktail

Corleone Manhattan @ Gravity Bar

Ingredients

  • 2 dashes of absinthe
  • 2.5 cl Punt e Mes
  • 0.5 cl Galliano Ristretto
  • 5 cl bourbon

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice
  2. Stir until ice-cold
  3. Serve in a chilled cocktail glass
  4. Garnish with an amarena cherry
